Rosemarie retired from DMV after 33 years of service. She was involved with vehicle registration during her entire career. Her experience included all areas of field office and headquarters processing, legislation analysis, automation development, writing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as technical training. Her expertise is well known at DMV and throughout the industry. Now in his 23rd year as a vehicle license and title consultant, Jeffrey began his career as a partner at Vehicle Registration Specialists. He started his own successful firm, Sacramento Registration Service, in 1987, specializing in large domestic automobile and truck fleets. He is also well known worldwide for his expertise in foreign exotic vehicle transactions, and is a respected consultant in the vintage automobile auction circuit, representing some of the largest and most prestigious collections and auction houses.
